About
My name is Emma, and I am an avid supporter of whimsey. I've been sewing professionally for eight years, and have a strong background in costume design for film and theater. The renaissance festival is my happy place because it is the only event where I am not the person who cares the most about historical costuming.
Teaching the next generation how to sew is something I care deeply about. I've been teaching individual and group sewing lessons since 2020, and recently implemented an apprenticeship program to train up promising young tailors and designers.
While wedding dresses are a relatively recent endeavor, my years of ballgowns, formals, and cosplays have more than prepared me to work with the materials and techniques required for bridal designs. I am a staunch believer that every woman is a princess, and that she deserves to feel like it on her wedding day.
I am always grateful to my supportive husband and the wonderful friends who surround me with warmth and light. I strive to be a woman who clothes herself in strength and honor and laughs at the days to come.
